Very soft orthoplastic silicone - SILIPOD PROTECSIL

Polyvinylsiloxane polyaddition silicone packaged in 2 pots of 50 g or 250 g, in the form of 2 pastes allowing, once mixed in equal parts, to carry out any type of orthoplasty in a few minutes.

General characteristics:
• Slightly millable after complete catalysis (24 h) - Elongation 340% - Resistance 7 kn/m
• Composition: Polyvinylsiloxane polyaddition
• Can be shaped by hand but also injected, woven, molded into the shoe dynamically.
• Sanding possible after 24 hours, mixes and sticks with and on other silicones.

Instructions for use:
Wash your hands, especially if you have worn gloves.
• Take an equal portion of dough from pot B* with the colored spoon and from pot C* with the white spoon.
• Be careful never to mix up the spoons or the lids.
• Mix the two doughs for a maximum of 30 seconds until evenly mixed.
• Perform the orthoplasty: Working time +/- 4 min depending on the ambient temperature , your hands, and the patient's foot
• After catalysis (crosslinking) +/- 4 min, gently remove the orthoplasty from the mold

Tips : Immerse the orthoplasty in hot water for +/- 3 min (tap temperature) to accelerate catalysis and stabilize the silicone
Pre-milling possible immediately
Sanding and finishing after catalysis (crosslinking) 24 hours
Storage : Close the jars after use and store them at room temperature +/- 20°C
