A new payment method is available at My Podologie thanks to a partnership with MACSF. You can now finance your purchases with credit.

For over 40 years, MACSF, the French Health Mutual Insurance Company, has been the leading French insurer for healthcare professionals. MACSF has over 1 million members, 2 million policies, and more than 1,600 employees throughout France.

MACSF now offers independent healthcare professionals the possibility of financing the purchase of their medical equipment through the establishment of loans.

Following a meeting with MACSF employees, the My Podologie team decided to sign a partnership with them to offer you this new payment method.

The advantages of paying by credit

Starting a career as a freelance healthcare professional is not easy.

Indeed, the chiropodist-podiatrist must have several thousand euros to equip his office with the recommended equipment:

- A podoscope
- An examination table
- A hand washing station (soap, hand towels, trash can)
- A class B autoclave
- An electric chair for patients
- An ergonomic practitioner's seat - A treatment unit or a micromotor
- Several sterile instruments

At the beginning of their career, a chiropodist, like any other independent healthcare professional, cannot necessarily afford to invest this amount of money directly. Helping our student and recent graduate clients launch their new career, just as much as those who have been practicing it for a while, is our priority.

MACSF's review of your application generally takes between 24 and 48 hours, so you receive a very rapid response. With MACSF, there are no application fees, which is a key advantage.

The credit financing process with MACSF

To be eligible for this type of financing, your basket amount must be between €1,500 and €300,000.

If you'd like to use this method, simply contact us and we'll validate your order together, selecting this payment method. Your file will be automatically forwarded to our MACSF representative. They will contact you to finalize your financing request and define payment terms with you.

The detailed steps:

1. Contact My Podologie:
To process your credit financing, you must contact us by phone or email when you know what you need. We will confirm your order together by choosing to pay by credit.

2. Receipt of the quote from My Podologie:
Our team will then send you a quote summarizing the products you ordered. After carefully checking it, you must return it to us, signed.

3. Contact with MACSF:
Once we have received your signed quote, we will put you directly in contact with the relevant MACSF department.

4. Provision of the requested supporting documents:
MACSF will get back to you and ask you for supporting documents that you will need to send to them in order to finalize the credit financing application.

5. Acceptance of the financing request:
If the application is accepted, we will receive the financing agreement letter and will then prepare your order.
